- Build knowledge and skill of the EC Sales team in the respective zone for improving business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Design quality sales training programs to upsell and cross sell
- Schedule training plans on a regular basis
- Prepares new Sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
- Travel across various regional EC's to conduct training modules.
- Conducts refresher sessions for new and current Sales employees.
- Spend time on ground understanding the realities and challenges in the field and bring that into the training needs identified list.
- Design, develop, and update sales training programs and materials to align with organizational objectives of enhancing productivity and creating a culture of learning.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in the sales team's skills and knowledge
- Develop clear and measurable learning objectives for training programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales professionals during training sessions.
Sales Process and Product Knowledge:
- Familiarize sales teams with relevant sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology platforms.
- Train on best practices for leveraging technology to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver training and ensure execution of all training processes and initiatives in the zone
- Field team handholding and on the job training and evaluation
- Team evaluation and certification as per the process
