Manager - Sales - Textile/Chemical/Polymer/Plastic

Job requirements :

- Selected candidates will be given extensive induction and training in the company for nearly three months.

- Provide all technical and commercial guidelines and will be given complete responsibility, authority and freedom to make decisions.

- Targets are clearly defined and fixed and achievement of target is a must for sure.

- Our company is a legally and morally driven company hence those who join the organization is expected to follow all guidelines of the company.

- CTC will be divided in two parts 1) fixed and 2) performance based.

- Performance based incentive will be paid based on pure performance.

- Those who are deputed to overseas for training has to enter in a contract for a minimum period of three years.

- Valid passport is a must for selected candidate.

Experience :

- He should have a minimum experience of 8-12 years in sales function out of which minimum five years experience in the same position in a reputed industry.

- Persons working in a German MNC will be preferred.

- Professionals having experience in sales and marketing of chemicals, technical textile, polymer, plastic or paint will be given preference.

- Education : A graduate in textile/chemical/polymer/plastic/or mechanical engineering having MBA degree

Experience : Min 8-12 years

Salary : As per industry standards

Location : Pune
