Position : Sales Manager
Exp : 8+yrs
Location : Noida
Mandatory Requirement :
Managing multiple accounts - PSU's, Airtel, Vodafone, HFCL etc.
- Promoting Fiber optics products.
Qualification : B.Tech (ECE) (MANDATORY), MBA (Marketing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
- To focus on areas of improvement relating to channel expansion.
- Ensuring IT automation systems implementation and smooth functioning in the territory.
- Team Management - Channel and Company.
- To implement distribution practices across the zone.
- To achieve distribution goals through co-ordination with channel partners.
- Candidates must have experience & knowledge of ROI & Beat
