Am currently looking for Sales professionals to be placed as Sales Manager with a Multinational Telecom Company.  Location : Mumbai.  The Jd is appended below :  Section A : Objectives/Purpose of the Job   Identify, target, and penetrate new logo Fortune 500 customers to drive large complex deals through a strategic sales approach by identifying significant business drivers, developing key C-level customer relationships, maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions, and successfully negotiating and closing business deals of $1M or greater TCV.   Section B : Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (Please include KPIs) :  - Proven track record of managing complex multi-million dollar large deals in Global/Matrix Organization.   - Manage end to end pricing, negotiations and proposition framework to meet customer business objectives.   - Analyze and articulate potential risks and propose strategic solutions to align with customer requirements.  - Understand the industry and market trends for benchmarking to develop successful and innovative win themes.  - Lead and manage strategic value propositions to present to C-level executives.  - Identify company competitive advantages and utilize them to provide Best-in-Class approach.   - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully meet customer needs.   - Extremely familiar with the APAC market.   Section F: Qualifications & Experience   Must have Good to have :   Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree-MBA  Experience : Minimum 10 years of International/Global Sales experience in a matrix organization and proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar sales targets in the Communications or Technology Industry  - minimum of 10-year's industry experience, and/or Big Deal pursuit experience in technology industries selling to Fortune 500 accounts and maintaining networks and relationships with such accounts required.  - 12 years of sales experience and corporate sales/business development experience in International/Global Telecom Industry with major carriers (i.e. AT&T, WorldCom, Sprint, Qwest, Global Crossing, InfoNet, NTT, PCCW/Reach), preferably with a ready book of prospects.  Technical / Professional Skills - Knowledge of Data Communication Products and Services, including Wide Area Network (WAN) Technologies (IPLC, MPLS, ATM, FR, IP); and Managed Hosting Services.   - - Managed Services/ICT knowledge a strong plus.  Non-Technical / Soft Skills - Excellent sales/management/ leadership skills  - Excellent verbal & written communication skills  - Excellent presentation skills  - Ability to work with multiple departments   - Ability to work independently and with a team  - Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
