- Good communication and presentation skills
- Should have exposure selling voice products or data products.
- Should have minimum of 3 yrs experience
- Should be willing to travel.
- We deal majorly with Alcatel products, and we also deal Nokia, HP Nice etc..
- Focus on Telecom product selling company (VoIP phones, Unified communication, Data switches, Voice Switches)
- People who are selling MPLS, Lease Lines will not fit this requirement, people who work on setting up towers will also not fit this requirement.
- The right candidate will be required to market Convergence products (Active components) along with associated application product like NMS(security product, Network, IP Management) such as:-
a) Networking :- Switches (Core, edge, distribution), WiFi,
b) Applications:- Unified communication and collaborations, Network management & optimization, Voice:- IPPABX, Security: IP Surveillance
c) Video conference/Telepresence. Storage.
- The candidate should be able to communicate effectively to present our offerings, gather customer requirements, uncover needs/pain areas and present customized solutions to the client.
- The job will include making sales calls & generating prospects, presentation/demonstrations, negotiation, order follow-up and payment collection.
- The candidate will be required to identify accounts, develop them and manage relationships individually.
