Sales Manager - Tech Services (India / MENA)

As the Sales Manager for Tech/IT Services at Integra Software Services, your mission is to drive robust business growth within the Indian and Middle East markets, your role is pivotal in expanding our client base and further establishing Integra as a leading provider of innovative technology solutions and services. By strategically identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and leveraging your in-depth industry knowledge, you will play a vital role in achieving and exceeding sales targets while upholding the company's reputation for excellence and innovation.

Team: Sales - Tech Services

Reports to: AVP

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a results-oriented approach to driving revenue growth

- Key emphasis lies in the acquisition of new customers/clients, driven by a proactive and determined approach akin to that of a hunter mindset.

- Identify and target potential clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in IT/Tech services

- Develop a strategic sales plan that includes a clear roadmap for prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

- Present and demonstrate Integra's services to clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges effectively.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral and presentations.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring optimal value for both the client and the company.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM software.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, sales, or marketing would be a plus.

- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the Tech/IT services industry.

- Extensive experience selling Tech/IT services in the Indian and Middle East markets, with a successful track record of previous experience in handling $1 million per year

- Strong network and connections within the Publishing, Education, and Defense sectors would be a plus.

- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of the sales process.

- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
