Manager - Sales - Surgical Device (Team Management)
Job location: Mumbai (Exposure to Mumbai/West market is must)
Job responsibilities & Attributes : - Sales role with team management responsibility
- This role requires the prospective candidate to promote the sales of highly sophisticated medical devices used for delivering advanced medical treatment
- Blended Sales and KOL management role.
- Need to nurture relationships maintain rapport with CXO level people, doctors, surgeons and Key Opinion leaders.
- Should be able to quote examples of team management
- Should be able to motivate the team and also contribute towards the team development
Client details:Reputed Multinational medical device company in surgical space
Requisition : - Good academic background, MBA preferred/not mandatory
- The candidate should possess at least 6-8 years of team handling experience and overall 8-10 years of experience
- Should have experience of dealing with surgeons/ OT exposure
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
