Opening with one of our client into payment industry.

Role: Head- Sales Support

Designation: Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

Core-

The incumbent will be responsible for driving the end to end sales co-ordination activities pertaining to Loyalty Program, Merchant Acquisition & MPOS across the country with a team of 4-5 regional sales coordinator.

This will require the following activities-

- Close interaction with the ZBMs, SBHs & ABMs & other support functions to ensure delivery of distributor & retailer set up process as per agreed time lines.

- Distributor On boarding, checking the completeness of distributor sign up forms & agreements.

- Handing over the documents/documents to the operations team within defined & agreed TAT

- Raising discrepancies with the field team & getting the same same resolved through the team of Sales Coordinator

- Coordination with operations & field team to ensure on boarding as per defined TAT with zero rejection

- Single point of contact for field staff & distributors for any queries/escalation pertaining to merchant acquisition, charge backs etc

- Transiting the client/partner to the Distribution Operations & Sales Team for final execution of the program

- Publishing daily/monthly MIS on the no sign up & discrepancies zone wise /team wise

- Assisting the Head of Distribution Operations in day to day operations

Audit and compliance

Ensure that deals are booked adhering to AML/KYC/RBI guidelines.

Ensure compliance to banks processes & guidelines while processing the distributor & merchant applications.

Customer Service

Ensure distributor/field complaints are resolved within shortest TAT

Develop customer relationships & leverage business growth.

Co-ordinate with ZBMs & State Head & arrange timely customer service with nil complaints.

Training & MIS

Organize training sessions regularly for the ABMs, SBHs, ZBMs, staff of other departments./divisions about processes & guidelines.

Provide regular updates to the team on current market practices/business strategies by competitors

Desired profile of the candidate: 5-8 years of experience in payments,banking,Insurance company
