- Coach and on-board new members of the team in processes and ways of working with sales partners
- Create, update and prepare on-going periodic business reports
- Maintain core metric models and files for historical reference, as needed
- Develop Power Point presentations to communicate business results and insights
- Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with sales partners
- Collaborate with sales functions on ad-hoc projects
- Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
- Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
- Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
- Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
- Scale-up operation in-line with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity
