POSITION/ ROLE:

Manager Sales - Super Market Commercial Ref

LOCATION : Delhi

KEY DELIVERABLES:

1. Responsible for complete Designing of Refrigeration system for super/Retail market or Industrial Systems.

2. Exposure to different refrigerants like NH3, R-22, R-134a, R407F, R290 and R404A.

3. Selection of equipment like Compressors, High Pressure and low Pressure vessels, Oil Separators, Pressure drop calculation for Piping Condenser, Evaporators and other Heat Exchangers for Refrigeration system.

4. Understanding of drawings, design calculations and concepts.

5. Experience on selection of components like Stop valves control valves (electrical & mechanical), filter dryers etc..,

6. Heat load calculation

7. Design experience for walk in Blast Freezer/ Chiller, Freezer, cold room, Logistic warehouse storage & IQF etc.

8. Preparation of detailed BOM for entire Refrigeration system based on cost, quality and operation priority.

9. Refrigeration system designed with Single/Multi suction Rack system with semi hermetic Screw /reciprocating compressors.

10. Hot gas /electric defrost system

11. Development of condensing units

12. Knowledge in ASHRAE standards and ability to learn new standards like IIAR or other American Standards in Refrigeration System designing.

13. Ability to handle technical issues with excellent troubleshooting skills.

14. Preparing Costing & estimation of project.

15. Preparing Commercial & Technical proposal

16. Provide technical support to the sales and field installation team

17. Coordinate material ordering and liasioning with suppliers

18. Developing new vendors to facilitate project requirements and better service terms

19. Suggest performance improvement ideas back to design.

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 15-20 years' relevant experience in the industry

- Preferred experience in Commercial Refrigeration or Consumer Durable in Key Account Management Role
