SaaS Sales Manager


- Achieves maximum sales closures, profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. Personally, contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be BCA or BE CS/IT/Electronics/EXTC. An MBA is good to have.

Job Location - Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon & Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Meticulously defines the opportunity potential and prioritizes engagements based on an informed customer research and market analysis

- Garners and nurtures lead right from the target stage to the prospect to build a strong opportunity pipeline

- Actively engages the existing and prospective customers through display of strong interpersonal skills

- Keeps his/her ears to the ground to keep up with the latest market trends, customer needs, technical services, market conditions, competitor activities, marketing strategies, advertising and promotional trends

- Stays updated on the organizational offerings and communicates their value effectively through product platform demonstrations

- Clearly understands customer processes, their pain points and their expectations

- Prepares clear and effective proposals with a strong value proposition in co-ordination with pre-sales, marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

- Summarizes customer sentiment and organizational performance in the form of MIS Reports and Dashboards for management reference

Key Skills:

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to operate as a team player

- Excellent written communication, documentation, and presentation skills

- Data analysis and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of software and information technology

- Strong selling and negotiation skills

- Good Word / Excel / Power point skills (Microsoft as well as open source)

- Supply Chain Management Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of IoT and electronics & telecommunication hardware
