Showroom Sales Manager - Retail/Luxury Products (females only)
Principle Accountabilities:
- To achieve/exceed showroom sales targets.
- Looking overall showroom sales and marketing of luxury products.
- To maintain high showroom standards and ensure all customers receive excellent service.
- It is important that the Showroom Sales Manager has a high regard for both the customer and the sale.
- Co-ordinate with interior designers and architects to ensure the optimum sales Candidate from Bathroom, Kitchen, Wood floor, Home, Hotel supplies and Surfaces.
- To create and maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business.
- To provide a premium product design services with close attention to detail, whilst ensuring that products offered are in line with Group preferred suppliers.
- Take total ownership of all enquiries/orders and ensure that all quotations, when raised, are followed-up.
- To be aware of competitor activity and where appropriate feedback the information to the sales head.
- Increase sales efficiency with primary focus on managing performance of the sales Team through proper coaching, skill development and motivation.
- Manage the sales growth and revenue enhancement
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
