- Responsible for selling residential properties.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by supporting marketing team
- Connect and network with HNIs/ Super HNIs clients to sell Luxury Residential Properties. Maintaining strong relationship with the developers, corporate, third party channels, new and existing clients.
- Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to management
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
