- The primary job responsibility is to meet with HR's of clients.
- Following the consultative selling model, the incumbent will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to our prospective clients.
Candidates who are involved in sales of big ticket size
- Selling the database and allied recruitment solutions that come with it.
- Cold-calling, finding prospective clients, setting up meetings and giving a demo of Shine.com to potential clients
- Keeping a track of the industry's recruitment needs and accordingly identifying potential clients.
- Delivering on monthly/quarterly targets.
People from recruitment, HR Solution sales or candidates who are directly in touch with HR Heads as clients are preferred
Salary Offered: 10 - 14 LPA
