It's well-funded; backed by CEOs from leading institutions in India, UK and Africa and managed by a founding team with background from private equity, consulting, innovation and financial services. Since launching in 2015, the business has delivered strong performance and is already working with blue chip clients such as Deloitte, BCG, PwC, and Shriram. We have offices in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Singapore, London and Cape Town. - Due to our growth (2018 saw revenues grow 4x) we are now looking for a Sales Manager to be part of India Team. The role is based out of Gurgaon. What we do :&nbsp; - Outsized have built a marketplace of the best boutique firms and specialist freelancers that allows us to bring together global supply and demand for skills and expertise with a particular focus on emerging market projects.&nbsp; - Through a unique combination of machine learning matching technology and human curation we match complex requirements from our clients and match them to the best consultants. This means clients no longer needs to default to the biggest (perceived - safe- ) consulting brands where the project fit isn't optimal or carry out a risky and time-consuming word of mouth searches. We provide the best options for our clients every time, based on specific, often complex, requirements. - In addition to matching clients with the best options, we support project scoping and offer a project oversight service to ensure successful deliverables. The role :&nbsp; You will be responsible, supported by and reporting to our MD, for a wide range of Sales related tasks. Key tasks include : - Lead generation for contractual and contract to hire roles in Financial Services sector - Understanding client's business landscape &amp; requirements - Identify potential clients and independently develop new clients &amp; build business; - Building client specific Business solutions &amp; proposals - Conduct industry research, competitor profiling &amp; customer research - Develop short term and long term Sales and Business Development plans for the realisation of Company's Strategic objectives - Responsible for achieving the sales target allocated - Leverage and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in organisations - Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables to the client - Work with Senior management teams and helping them leverage various platforms Who we are looking for :&nbsp; The role is suitable for a sales individuals with prior experience in a contractual sales/ contract to hire, now looking for more responsibilities in a fast-moving, international and entrepreneurial environment. - 5-10 years experience in sales of contractual to contract to hire roles - MBA/PGDM from a good institute - Experience of working in recruitment/ similar industry with focus on Financial services clients - Passionate about creating and managing a business - Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes. - Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities - Excited about joining an entrepreneurial, fast-moving international team - Excellent Excel skills a requirement, good PowerPoint skills an added bonus - Fluency in spoken and written English essential What we are offering :&nbsp; - A young, international and fun environment with a great office culture - Competitive fixed salary, participate in team bonus scheme - Strong career progression opportunities as we continue to grow The team and location :&nbsp; - Outsized has offices in London, Cape town, Singapore, Mumbai and Gurgaon. - You'll be based in one of the most vibrant, dynamic and exciting cities in the world.
