Manager - Sales - Real Estate/Developer

Would be responsible to sell Luxury Residential Property to HNI's, Super HNI's, NRI's etc.

Sales to be handled independently.

Planning out different lead generation activities.

Tie-up with the channel partners for the lead generation.

Attending appointments with customers and taking them through the project presentation.

Taking customers for site visit.

Filling the customer data sheet for the entire walk in customers and creating CID (Customer identification) in SAP.

Collecting the application form from the customer while closing the sale and handing over the booking formalities to the CRM.

Preparing the allotment letter along with the calculation of the flat cost.

Resolving the customer queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc.

Representing the company's project all over India via exhibition.

Preparing monthly MIS in respect to sales.

Monthly survey of competitors to keep self updated and also updates seniors about the developments happening around the project assigned.

Coordination with the projects team for small customization request.

Education qualification: MBA

Experience : Candidates need to apply from Real Estate Sales /Wealth Management sales exposure and good in relationship management.
