- Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads.

- Achieving sales target & revenues.

- Follow up with the booked client's & ensuring collection of the booking amount

- Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.

- Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, ensuring the clients provided with project details through emails, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.

- Relationship management with existing customers for loan sanctions, disbursements & documentation.

- Appoint and train dealer salespeople and help them achieve their targets.

- Managing sales by motivating channel partners & strategically marketing the product.

- Achieving the projected sales figures by converting the leads into business.

- Implementing sales promotional activities as part of brand building and market development effort.

- Competition watch of surrounding projects, keeping track of their status update at any point of time
