Checking of bills for Payment of commission to brokers
From Leads to Customer
- Generating Leads
- Creating and harvesting the database for all leads
- Managing Corporate Sales
- Follow-up with customers for expediting sales to meet target.
- Handling Customer Walk- in at site and Corporate Office
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints/ issues raised through telecon (dedicated), mail or direct
Developing Customer Relationship
- Completion of booking forms, issue of allotment letters, sale agreements, any other documentation for customers
- Prepare the Strategy based on inputs wrt to the project from DGM-Sales
Internal - Customer Care
- Co-ordinate (inter and intra department) for issue of allotment letters and other documentation of customers, if any.
Others
- Carrying out market research and provide necessary details w.r.t competition
- Generate and report quarterly MIS
- Provide necessary clarifications on points flagged off in MIS for his/ her customer
- All other tasks as may be assigned by the Director/ HOD from time to time
- All tasks shall be completed as per timelines mentioned in the SOP
