We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, self-driven individuals with a keen eye for detail to help sell these homes and delivery and equally good buying experience.

Our Sales Consultants are the face of Total Environment - our first connect with our customers who will consistently strive towards delivering our vision to our customers

Role :

- Engage - with our potential customers promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome

- Understand - who our potential customers are, what brought them to TE, their intent and timeline

For purchase, thus creating a robust customer profile :

- Educate - and excite our potential customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their requirements

- Nurture - maintain a healthy sales pipeline for TE by converting enquiries into site visits and site Visits into closures

- Close - close sales by continuously providing all required information and negotiating and facilitating.

- Provide the highest levels of customer service to all our customers

- Documentation - formally record each sale in the company's ERP system and provide regular reports to the function head on the status of the sales pipeline

- Knowledge - always maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, projects, company and industry.

- Continuously gather market and competition information and provide feedback on buying trends and current campaigns

You will create an impact if:

- You achieve a sales conversion rate of 10% (leads allocated to closed)

- You achieve an average sales conversion time of 45 days

Requirements :

- Strong Customer Focus

- Positive "can do" attitude and an ability to show commitment

- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills

- Compelling verbal, written and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate in business terms

- Curiosity and a keen eye for detail

- Self-starter, highly flexible, self-directed. Ability to adapt to change and accelerated timelines

- Large company discipline, small company entrepreneurial attitude with a sense of urgency

- Analytical approach and proficiency in basic computation and presentation tools

- Grit and persistence

- Strong follow-ups

- Able to multitask and perform in fast paced work environment
