We are looking for the candidates for one of the leading Real estate Advisory Company.

Position : Manager -Property Sales

Education : MBA

Experience : Min 2 yrs. in any Sales

Location : Mumbai-Andheri East (Work from office)

Role Description :

1. Identifying and building relationships with Channel, which includes Retail, International & Institutional Partners.

2. End to End ownership of the customers right from Lead Generation till the eventual closure.

3. Ensure smooth registration, training & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.

4. Create & nurture the direct consumer base and ensure a healthy business contribution from it.

5. Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.

6. Responsible for handling direct enquiries from ATL & BTL campaigns.

7. Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence & develop plans accordingly.
