Looking for Sales personnel with CRM background Job responsibilities : - Should have experience in handling commercial office space, industrial land ,town ship project in B2B environment. - Preferable who have worked with medium/large real estate companies in Maharashtra in commercial vertical. - Working with CRM pre and post sales with common software like In4 Velocity etc. in commercial and residential projects . - Responsible for marketing activities i.e. lead generation ,conducting site visits, negotiations with clients, processing necessary paper work like deed of assignment and giving possession of land parcel. - Liaise with government bodies like MIDC ,MSEDCL, Gram panchayat etc. for approvals and permissions . - Collection of receivables and help client onboarding. - Support in making SOP for client.
