JOB SUMMARY:

1. Administer Rewards & Recognition program across sales functions

2. Work with external vendors & internal stakeholders to manage events/ workshops at zonal/ national/ international levels

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. R&R Fulfillment

- Administer channel specific R&R for agents & employees of Retail & Institutional Sales

- Work with the vendor to design creative to create visibility across offices

- Ensure timely delivery of published awards to qualifiers in a cost effective

- & within budget allocations

2. Event Management

- Independently manage large scale events for Retail & Institutional Sales

- Planning Domestic & international Trips for qualifier

- Work with key stakeholders for necessary approvals to ensure timely planning of the event. Coordinate with relevant internal team for vendor finalization.

- Plan and administer a robust itinerary for seamless execution of the event.

- End to end management of MICE events with MICE vendors & event management company

- Handle Local/ Regional & National Events for Retail & Institutional Sales

3. Vendor empanelment, management

- Identify, facilitate empanelment of suitable, relevant vendors through competitive bidding process to conduct events

- Negotiate on SLAs terms including costs

- Facilitate, process Vendor payments on timely manner in line to agreed SLAs, payment terms

4. Communication

- Creative's (EDM/designs/artwork) of daily/weekly/monthly R&R campaign for distribution channels

- Handing Monthly Agency & Quarterly Banca newsletter

- Preparing presentations for Monthly Agency & Banca Townhalls

Minimum Experience:

Overall Experience (8+ years), relevant 5 or 6 years experience in Health Insurance/ General Insurance/ Event or MICE Agency
