We are seeking a proven Sales / Presales Manager for an IT firm for their AV business responsible for establishing, developing and/or maintaining business relationships with clients, offering a broad spectrum of products and services, to meet and exceed sales volume and profit goals in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Responsibilities-
- Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's visual collaboration needs
- Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate and profitable
- Establish professional relationships with OEM's.
- Active and ongoing prospecting in the territory
- Accountable for maintaining a strong sales pipeline with detailed reporting
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Travel, as necessary to cover sales responsibilities in other states.
Skills Required:
- Hunting for new customer logo
- Social Confidence and Communication Effectiveness to win interest from prospective customers
- Execution on a business plan to gain market share and consistency in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Self-starter with strong ownership of territory and business.
- Create Account Profile by capturing strategic directions through second tier research
- Possessing Information Extraction skills from non-transactional sales discussions, validating gathered information, synthesis of diverse data points to understand customer behavior and organization culture, buying style and finally predicting the most likely customer response and decisions.
