1. Sales planning and achievement :
Identify and initiate key projects for business expansion/opportunities.
2. Build and deploy strategic actions for Sales growth:
- Proactively identify working capital/manpower issues and work on corrections
- Ensure sales enablers.
3. Dealer and market visit:
- Connect to key dealers and other stakeholders periodically.
- Visit dealers/market and coach juniors on effective ways of managing dealerships.
- Visit identified dealers and initiate improvement activity.
4. Network development:
- Visit dealers/market and coach juniors on effective ways of managing dealerships.
5. Training and development:
- Conduct monthly cluster meetings for AMD-Reward and recognitions, Process improvement.
- Sharing best practices for cross learning and horizontal deployment
