KRAs :
- Managing sales and new business development for automotive industry in assigned region
- To look after the sales through the channel of distributors and promote the products in the various industries
- To build relations with automotive Tiers 1 component makers, OEMs in automotive, electronics, electrical and other segments.
- To control/ design sales channels for improving sales/marketing efficiency
- Handling product / application development, providing technical service support and resolving complaints
- Manage the Key accounts in the region; Application development / new business development through distributors & channel partners.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and distributors in today's highly competitive market.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- BE/B.Tech (Chemical/Polymer)/PG Diploma/CIPET with 5-8 years of experience into channel sales, distributors, key Accounts.
Division handled : TPU, Thermoplastic, polymer, PU, polyurethanes, polymer additives etc.
- Excellent leadership quality, team handling skills and must have Automotive OEMs customer handling experience
