Sales Manager - Plastic packaging
Need someone who has experience in business development of min 20cr
Job Responsibilities: - Execute the sales plan in line with the company's sales strategy
- Relationship management with existing clients.
- Develop strategies and ensure execution to rope in prospective clients by understanding how they relate to our products.
- Research new markets for existing production and new products for existing markets, identify and exploit current market trends in the PET/Thermoforming space.
- Increase the sales of the PET/Thermoforming segment.
- Increase sales via clients in Fresh Produce (fruits and vegetables) consumer goods/brands, medical applications, industrial packaging and food companies
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Provide and review sales forecast, set targets and ensure meeting the goal
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
Experience: - At least 10+ years working experience in sales, within the Packaging Industry. Experience in plastic industry is preferred
- Proven experience in participating in sales for a company of at least a 100 Cr in International and Domestic Markets
Knowledge:- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Should be excellent at CRM
Skills:- Fluent written and spoken English, any other language skills would be an asset
- Ability to make excellent presentations
