Manager - Sales - Personal & Home Care Products

1. Responsible for:

a) Pan India activities for Raw Materials of the Personal & Home Care Industry.

b) Planning marketing strategies along with the SBU head

c) Optimization of opportunities with all the existing customers for all existing and new products

d) Develop new customer base for all the existing and new products with the company

e) Analyzing sales potential and work out sales activities and plan of action

f) Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan with regional team members

g) Expanding HROC customer base in the region, to contribute to the revenue target.

h) Must be updated on market trends and situation

i) Representing the company at the highest level to customers

j) Achieving Sales targets & revenue

k) Closing deals independently - with minimum support from heads

l) Must have full update & control of all the customers assigned

m) Must have updates on customers sample requirements, progress and conversion of same to commercialized stage

2. Must be extremely pro-active on closing sales

3. Required to support the Techno-Commercial requirements of the customer

4. Would be responsible to confidently negotiate and close right type of business at highest level
