Responsibilities :
- Ensure Sales & Distribution As per Norm.
- Responsible for Primary and secondary Sales.
- Infra Plan across territory (Distributor/Stockiest).
- Stock Plan (Estimation) and stock control at a branch level.
- Training field team (Area Executives).
- Brand Input Plan and Implementation/Evaluation.
- Execute Brand Promotional events.
- Market Intelligence.
- Customer Relationship (Distributors)
- Ensure Adequate Investment in Business by Distributors.
- Category Development through high focus and Input.
Candidate Requirement:
- FULL TIME MBA
- KARNATAKA MARKET work experience is a must
