Sales Operations Manager


We have an urgent opening for Sales Operations Manager for Bangalore-Koramangala location.

Job Description :

- Responsible for managing sales pipelining and forecasting

- Conduct analysis to understand and report the health of the sales pipeline

- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the respective Market Units

- Owner of the CRM system

- Managing everyday adoption and teething issues with various actors in the system

- Interfacing with vendors to carry out changes/modifications as per Sales Leaders' requests

- Building out a Centre of Excellence: data analysis, forecasting and reporting of key sales metrics to empower data-driven decision making

- Drill - down on achievements of various Market Units, and Account Managers from a lens of allotted vs achieved Sales targets

- Collaborate across multiple teams (Finance, Operations, and Strategy) to drive new business growth charters

- Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders for various forums like Sales meets, KRA reviews, leadership reviews, Market Unit reviews, etc.

- Other projects and initiatives as needed to support ongoing Sales Operations engagement

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage various stakeholders and leadership

- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities

- Problem solving & result oriented

- Proactive and Self-starter with inclination/drive towards sales

- Must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions

Work-Ex & Functional Skills :

- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in core Sales operations/management profiles (preferably in B2B companies)

- Good knowledge of sales planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management

- Sufficient prior exposure to CRM platforms e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Frshworks, Leadsquared

- Should have the ability to analyse and interpret data

- Strong MS office & Analytical skills - Advanced Excel PPT
