Key Result Areas:
- To Manage the S&OP calendar, multi-functional meeting preparations, cycle content and stakeholder participation reporting. Preparing S&OP forecast to support the monthly management business reviews.
- To create, monitor, and maintains S&OP metrics and key performance indicators by identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Consolidate and analyze demand and supply information for the operational, tactical, and strategic plans, and use data to drive on-time delivery, establish lead times, inventory turns, and maximizing revenues. Will work with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks & opportunities and escalate issues if any.
- Participate in development of advanced analytical tools and reporting to support the entire S&OP process .
Preferred candidate profile
- The candidate must be BE/ B.Tech/ MBA Finance/Master in commerce or equivalent with 6 - 10 years of experience in Sales Commercial function in medium size manufacturing organization.
- Good knowledge on interpreting operational/ financial, data / reports for the accounts performance. Should be able to do reports / presentations on business performance, forecast, budget and status of customer account. Should be ready to travel. Must have excellence Analytical skills, Commercial and business acumen, Good numeracy skills etc.
Age Bracket : 32-36yrs max
Location : Kolkata
Perks and benefits : Approx Rs.17.00L - 20.00 L p.a
