Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Operations Manager with a strong background in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and program management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful stakeholder management. This role will play a critical part in aligning stakeholders, managing GTM projects, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and customer growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute GTM strategy and program management efforts, ensuring alignment with Head of GTM's vision and goals.
- Collaborate closely with CEOs, VPs, and other key stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to identify challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement across sales operations.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of GTM projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate efforts between various departments, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of GTM initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of GTM, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency within the sales operations function.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales operations, GTM strategy, and program management roles.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and align diverse perspectives toward common goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working on GTM projects and a deep understanding of the nuances of sales and customer growth strategies.
- Inside company perspective, with a keen understanding of internal dynamics and organizational intricacies.
