Manager - Sales Operation - Diamond/Jewellery

We are looking for a seasoned Manager - Sales Operation to lead our export sales operation team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all sales operations (Backend role), thus managing the operational aspects of the sales process ensuring efficiency, and achieving sales targets eventually ensuring continuous improvement of the sales cycle. This role would require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the sales operations team, setting performance targets and KPIs further ensuring continuous improvement of the sales cycle.

- Responsible for timely order processing & work allocation to the team members based on the priority of orders.

- To ensure proposals (pricing/quotations) for goods are prepared & sent to clients on timely basis

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

- Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

- Collaborate with other departments along the production line to optimize sales processes.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
