Job Description :
- Formulating strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible centers within the territory.
- Manage Dermatologists & guide Center Managers to ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
- Managed, developed, coached, controlled and motivated teams to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPIs set by the organization are met.
- Management of recruitments of Dermatologists with Cosmetology experience and management of rotation of external visiting cosmetologists
- Launching of new services and mobilized machine movements to ensure maximum utilization of available resources.
- Planned effective business development strategies by getting social media bloggers to advertise on their social media channels there by increasing footfalls.
- Creative ideas and concepts given to design a social media calendar for every month with brilliance in hospital marketing experience.
- Experience in working with hospital administrators and decision support functions within hospitals and health systems.
- Planning to ensure achievement of targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies & conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate clinic's performance
- Provide guidance to Clinic Managers for daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies.
- Recruitment of suitable new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and mentoring skills.
- Planning effective business development strategies, marketing initiatives through local tie- ups.
- Responsible for Top line and bottom-line of clinics by Managing costs, capacity utilization and productivity. Also keeping a track of P&L Management by monitoring and cost control initiatives.
- Driving service excellence through excellent client management, customer feedback, service quality & mystery audit.
