- This is a hunter role. You will be actively prospecting for new business and selling our solutions and service offerings
- Help expand our market share by taking responsibility for business, always striving for more
- This role involves an extensive amount of new business development in your personal capacity.
- Get prospective clients excited about our solutions; we truly offer the best services in the business
- Own and develop business relationships with clients, manage growth
- Manage the full sales cycle, maintain relevant information in our CRM
Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of business development/Sales experience
- Preferably have done business development with GIC/Captives and large enterprises
- Demonstrable experience and ability to generate qualified business opportunities and building relationships with senior-level Client Management
- Experience with making presentations
- Knowledge of and Experience with the full sales cycle
- Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business, preferably with a Post Graduate
Other Qualities :
- Entrepreneurial and a Passionate self-starter
- Well read, Curious and have the ability to have conversations with senior management
- Demonstrably willing to engage and build connects with clients and prospects
- Methodical, details oriented and good with numbers
- Excellent presentation skills, Good sense of Humor, Willing to Learn
