- Price realization from the Market with segment focus approach.

- Distributors and System Integrator management and upskilling their technical skill.

- Collaboration with all the stakeholder to enhance the Business.

- Increase footprint of innovative and new offer in market.

- Upload sales visit report on daily basis on BFO and ensure data accuracy.

Key Result Area:

- Networking with internal and external stakeholder.

- Planning and achieving sales goal.

- Technical and product Presentation.

- Industrial Automation regional sale management.

- Market, Segment, and completion knowledge of Automation and Switch gear.

- Skill and Competency

- Core competency of Switch gear & Control product line and their application and basic understanding of Discrete automation landscape.

- Understanding of role of Electrical distribution and Automation for sustainability and decarbonization.

- Understating of Industrial Software and Digital tools.

- Good communication and presentation skill.

- Well organized and system oriented.

- Team Player and collaborative approach

- Good exposure in MS Office suit.
