Job Description:-

As a Neuro-technology sales representative you will be responsible for onboarding distributors, boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability within India, focusing specifically on the sales distribution channel as the key customer.

Responsibilities:

- Present, promote and sell our products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective distribution channels and large customers;

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs;

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;

- Address customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;

- Systematically achieve sales targets within the agreed schedule;

- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other Neuro-technology departments

- Analyze the territory potential, track sales and maintain regular status reports

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build constructive work relationships and to nurture a trust and confidentiality; Proven teamwork and collaboration skills;

- Customer Focus: dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acting with customers in mind;

Desired Qualifications:-

- B.Tech/M.Tech with a preference to candidate having a major in Biomedical Engineering

- At least 6 years of experience as a sales representative in a medical device company with at-least 4 years of sales channel management experience with a medical device company which sell through distributors to end customers;

- Experience building a highly specialized network, a on Neuro-rehabilitation would be a big plus;

- Technology and computer savvy. Prior experience of working on CRM software preferred.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of

CTC will be offered based on interview and Present CTC.
