Manager - Sales - NBFC

- Sourcing of leads for lending to education, healthcare, hospitality and allied sectors

- Geographical span of entire NCR region with ticket size of INR 3 - 5 crores per loan

- Analyze financial and business of the client to assess fund requirement.

- Prepare internal note and present the case to risk team for approval

- Close pre and post disbursement milestones

- Keep engagement with clients to ensure timely repayments

- Ideal candidate should have a strong network and develop independent sourcing channel.

- Ability to understand business and financial statements to take preliminary call to take up the case internally.

- Understanding of basic valuation / legal concepts for security creation.
