Sales Manager - Mutual Funds(NBFC)


Job Title : Sales Manager - Mutual Funds


Reporting to : Head - Mutual Funds

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 4-6 years in Mutual Fund Sales

Education : Graduate/MBA/Equivalent

Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them to increase sales of mutual fund products.

- Sell Mutual Fund products and Third Party products in the capital market

- Innovate product offerings in the Mutual Fund and Primary Market segments

- Develop new offerings by identifying gaps and opportunities in the Mutual Fund segment

- Maintain coordination with various departments for the implementation of various offers

- Track competition offerings and create a product roadmap

- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for mutual fund products to meet the organization's sales targets.

- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that mutual fund products are tailored to meet customer needs.

- Monitor the market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats for the mutual fund products.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of distributors and partners to expand the reach of mutual fund products.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to mutual fund sales, including KYC and AML regulations.

- Manage customer queries and complaints related to mutual fund products and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements :

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream

- 4-6 years of experience in selling Mutual Fund products

- Excellent understanding of Mutual Fund product offerings and regulations in the MF industry

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

- Ability to engage customers and resolve their queries

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
