Job Profile :
- Identify right accounts/customers as per targeting strategy of the organization
- Develop account plan to maximize market share opportunity across all products line
- Monitor Weekly Sales Revenue
- Maintain and Analyze market share data on monthly basis
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collection of account receivables as per agreed terms to minimize financial risk to organization
- Communicate with the marketing and supply chain of specific key product lines (monthly forecasts, managing backorders & planning inventory transitions for new products).
- Draft rolling annual sales plan by quarter to support the annual country plan.
- Communicate with the marketing team to plan & execute customer engagement activities
- Organize physician and hospital staff training and education programs. Monitor post-training results by physician/staff member to assess cost/benefit.
- Write monthly reports to communicate sales results, issues, solutions & competitive landscape.
