Position Purpose:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through appropriate market development activities that are strongly aligned with Cochlear's values.
- Strive to provide the best-in-industry Customer Experience by implementing Direct-To-Customer activities in collaboration with Health Care Professionals (HCP). Be the owner of all business and market development related activities and operations in the assigned Territory and the first point of contact for all HCPs within the Territory.
- Build a strong and supportive community of customers and HCPs to create awareness and establish Cochlear as a highly preferred brand when it comes to implantable hearing solutions.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Build strong Advocacy network to achieve Sales targets
- Manage customer relationships
- Grow the market through the HCPs
- Build a robust services business with focus on Customer Experience
- Support the HCPs to develop their business and their confidence in operating Cochlear's devices
- Develop market intelligence
