Sales & Marketing Manager - International Business

- Responsible for analysing the sales potential, customer needs, market opportunities & pricing of service & goods. & includes finding new business, sales opportunities and new clients in the international market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute suitable strategies in sales and marketing to grow the company's business in International territories. Employ and develop appropriate channels and distributors in the international markets to lead the business expansion resulting in the sustainable top-line growth.

- Design and execute business development strategies in International markets to ensure superlative results in company's growth.

- Employ, engage and develop appropriate distributors and partners that help the company solidify its brand name in the assigned territory that should result in business growth.

- Develop a sales team that is equipped to deliver and achieve company's short term and long term targets in international markets

- Ensure that channels are aligned with the company's long term vision and strategies

- Represent the company in international events and trade shows that help capture the maximum market share for the company's products in a sustainable way

- Work with channel partners to identify and address customer queries and issues to ensure long term customer satisfaction

Qualification And Experience :

i. BE & MBA from Premier B School with 2-5 years experience in the International Market.

ii. Opportunity to lead the business development for the company that has ambitious growth plans and targets for next several years, hence offering immense learning and growth opportunities

iii. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

iv. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

v. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

vi. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

vii. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

viii. The ability to work under pressure.
