Summary:

We are recruiting for a dynamic and innovative leader in the cosmetics industry, known for its high-quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our cosmetic products' sales and marketing efforts in the South Indian market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- B2B Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the South Indian market. Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and negotiate sales contracts.

- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our cosmetic products within the B2B sector. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, presentations, and materials.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Utilize this information to refine sales and marketing strategies.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including sales forecasts, client feedback, and market trends, to the management team.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in the cosmetic products or related industry.

Profound understanding of the cosmetics industry, including knowledge of products, market dynamics, and trends.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.

- Willingness to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana.

- Candidates from South India are preferred.
