- Very strong contacts with customers, from operational level to middle management. Good understanding of top management organization.

- Knowledge about customer vehicle platforms, engine roll out plans, customer product development process, sourcing strategies.

- Very good command in Hindi and English. Any additional language proficiency is an added advantage.

- Very good market knowledge/ knowledge about competitors, price strategies, product strategies.

Work experience in multicultural environment.
