About the position :
- This role would primarily be responsible for driving pan-India business of one or more E-Commerce Key accounts.
- The role demands traveling for about 5 - 6 days in a month to Head Offices of the E Commerce Key Accounts.
- Execution of Business plan for the channel.
- Tie-up with all the major E-commerce players currently operating in the space to list, display and sell Godrej appliances.
- Do Volume and Deal Tie-ups and negotiate pricing with the E-commerce players to drive the top-line & bottom-line growth.
- Ensure availability of stock across the warehouses of E-commerce partners in co-ordination with the Product Supply team and the respective Branch Commercial Teams.
- Track/Fill Rate of orders and maintain a healthy Fill-Rate.
- Drive Brand Visibility across the major E-Commerce platforms through Brand Stores (exclusive web-page on e-commerce site), display banners etc.
- Ensure timely payment collections from trade partners, linking and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely product delivery to end consumer (wherever applicable) and resolve any issues which may arise due to - No Stock or other delivery issues like Product Damages etc.
Qualification & Experience: Minimum 5 years (MBA) / minimum 7 years (only graduate) with at least 50 % in academic throughout (with-out any year gaps/drops)
Desired candidate :
- Candidate Should have considerable experience in managing E-Commerce sales (either Corporate or from the E-Comm companies).
- Should be good in communication and be presentable.
- We are open for both male and female candidates.
Note : Candidate should be relatively stable in his career with minimal job hopps (share note with reason of job changes if its with a proper justification).
