Deliverables:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales & marketing team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence across PAN India.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales & marketing personnel.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue target and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of Fleet dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry (Employee transportation) expertise.
- Co-ordinate with Digital marketing & Social Media agencies and provide best practices & ideas.
- Coordinate conferences, exhibitions, and seminars
- Build good network in Corporate Sourcing, Facilities Team
- Client Relationship management
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
