Job Purpose

- Company is seeking to recruit a dynamic, bright and talented individual with the drive and capabilities to establish a strong domestic sales team in Mumbai, selling commodity market intelligence solutions into the fast-moving world of oil, energy and petrochemicals.

- The successful candidate will have 8 - 15 years of experience in sales management and be able to demonstrate a full mix of sales attributes: Be structured, adaptable and have worked successfully in close collaboration with business-to-business marketing and product teams.

- He or she must thrive in an international and complex environment, is a team player and is willing and able to combine innovative thinking with hands-on execution of sales from lead to close.

- Essential in this role is a strong drive to maximize revenue, accelerating the journey toward value-based selling for our market-leading benchmark pricing data services; the analytical mind-set to focus on how to influence results and a deep interest in customer needs and behavior at different stages of the sales cycle.

Key Accountabilities:

- Establish a strong domestic sales team for India.

- Accelerate revenue growth.

- Build long term relationships with strategic customers in the region.

- Exploit current CRM systems and processes in order to build high quality data, which provides strong customer insight and enables us to maximise value from customers.

- Manage the transition of Indian account management from Singapore to Mumbai.

Skills and Behaviours:

- Successful track record in high value, solution sales.

- Passion for customer is essential - creating strong, long term relationships with key customers.

- International experience.
