Experience required in 10-15 Years The Position will report to CMO-Sales. Interacts With HODs (Internal), Customers, Top Management. Looking for good professionals with experience in direct Sales. 02 - 04 years of exposure in manufacturing environment. Role of a Sales Manager: - Selecting Targets, Defining Priorities, Defining Time Guidelines (Salespeople should be directed to take a strategic and tactical approach to identifying and pursuing targets), Monitoring Compliance, Navigating the Terrain, Securing Resources, Knowing When (and When not) to expedite.\\ - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team and help them achieve their respective targets. - Keep the revenue engine running with their Sales representatives - Head of Sales is in charge of developing, reviewing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets. - Take care of trading priorities inclusive of launches, promotions and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities. - Introduce new solutions /Applications and categories to the market by leading the sales team in product launches. - Team up with the Application development departments in driving sales - Work closely with the analytics department in processing relevant data and information, translating it into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets - Manage key relationships on behalf of the business. Build strong relationships with the external partners develop new customer networks and regularly interacts with them, respond to their needs and Assure customer satisfaction, the main objective of a company is achieved. - Will travel all around the Country / across Globe depending upon client requirements, availability.
