Sales Manager (US i.e. night Shift )

Responsibilities :

- Generation Plan with Marketing team.

- Assist in creation of Sales & marketing Plans and goals.

- Review Progress, Coach and Manage sales team and deliver revenue targets

- Sales Administration, Operational

- Performance Reporting, Streamlining Processes and Systems wherever required.

- Manage Sales Pipeline

- Active on CRM, allocate leads, & Daily Sales Management

- Hiring, Mentoring Team, Opportunity hunting in CRM, etc.

- Map Targets with current pipeline, Identify new growth opportunities among existing Pipeline and accounts.

- Work towards active

- Demand of team

Must have :

- Excellent written/spoken communication skills, good command in English. Good team player.

- Knowledgeable, Customer-Relationship Oriented, Results Oriented, Good Business Judgement

Key Skills :

- International (Inside) Sales Team Management, which includes revenue and activity targets, Good understanding of SaaS as well as International Markets

Qualification :

- Any Post Graduate/ Graduate.
