Job Profile:
- Responsible for sales and distribution of Flash products (USB drives, Camera memory cards, SSD) across India.
- Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling IT Products with shorter sales cycles.
- Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of sales revenue targets.
- Develops relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume
- Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during the sales life cycle.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established.
- Work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities.
- Gain access & manage relationships with senior level leaders and executives.
- Identify business trend and leverage strength of channel to create a differentiated offering and position Kingston to capture business.
- Identify cost effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products - solutions- to maximize Kingston's opportunity while meeting customer's needs.
- Should be able to work closely with internal marketing team to develop brand in India.
- Monitoring competition & pricing trends in India.
- Develop strategies and plans for increasing sales and generating revenue for the company
Desired Profile:
- MBA from any premier Indian Institute or abroad.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills mandatory. As well as skills in time management in organization.
- Have a clear understanding about Indian market and good knowledge of IT channel structure.
- Should have team Management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales target.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close business while achieving a high level or partner satisfaction.
- Must be self- motivated, self- directed and able to excel with minimal supervision.
Experience: 6 plus years of experience in sales of IT hardware industry.
