More than 2 years experience in Sales of IT consulting/software services with at-least one year experience as Sales manager for IT consulting/software services. 2. Experience in sales cycle for projects with team size from 5 people to 50 team members 3. Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the inside sales, sales &amp; proposal writer team 4. Implement the strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and grow business from current customers 5. Should have experience working with global customers, especially for the US and UK markets. 6. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 7. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status 8. Build &amp; promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 9. Should understand software development life cycle and multiple software technologies so that he/she can effectively communicate with existing and potential customer(s). 10. Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team 11. Strong business sense and industry expertise for multiple industry verticals 12.
